I’m just a guy who used to be fat and was so tired of it that I reasearched everything I could about weight loss and burning fat and eventually was able to lose over 50 pounds using the methods and ideas that I learned. It doesn’t have to be hard folks, but it does take effort and it definitly takes a commitment to becoming a healthier person. I hope I can help you lose weight too!
If you have any suggesstions for the site I would be glad to hear them, I most want to focus on HEALTHY ways to burn fat and lose weight in general. I am all about slow and steady for long term weight loss success rather than fast and dangerous. From what I can tell most people who lose weight fast generally end up gaining the weight back, so I think my approach is better, what do you think?
